“The Yarny Social such an inspirational event!
No matter how long one has been crocheting, I believe we can always learn something new. I mostly make amigurumi, and use acrylic yarn.
But at the Yarny Social, I have been encouraged to try new things (shawls!), and work with other types of yarn (wool!). It’s so much fun to chat with other makers, they really understand the frustrations we can run into, and the euphoria of fixing a problem, or figuring out a new stitch.

I attended the Yarny Social last year, and I thought it was fantastic.
I had the opportunity to meet up with a friend I hadn't seen in over a year, which made the event even more enjoyable. There were many different vendors offering a wide variety of products, including yarn, project bags, and decorative crochet hooks.
The classes they offered were also phenomenal and provided valuable learning opportunities for attendees. This year, I am excited to attend again, this time with new friends, and I look forward to another wonderful experience.
Overall, it is a fantastic event that I would highly recommend to anyone interested in fiber arts.
