Harassment and discrimination have no place in our community. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the event organizer may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference without a refund.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please come to either the event organizer (Kari) or event helper immediately. We are here to help and support you.

We expect all participants, including teachers, sponsors, and volunteers, to adhere to this code of conduct during the event. Let’s work together to create a positive and inclusive experience for everyone.
